West Lindsey District Council is at a pivotal moment in its journey – and we’re looking for an inspirational Chief Executive to help lead us into an exciting new era.

As our most senior officer, you’ll work closely with Council Leader Cllr Trevor Young and our elected members to drive forward our priorities: economic growth and regeneration, environmental sustainability, community wellbeing, and social inclusion. With local government reorganisation on the horizon, your strategic leadership will be vital in navigating change and ensuring we remain efficient, responsive, and future-ready.
